All about the new regional urban planning law
A round table with regional representatives on the third day of the Bioarchitecture and Domotics Week
The new town planning law of Emilia-Romagna at the center of the third day of the week of bio-architecture and home automation, the event dedicated to sustainable design and construction that will continue until Friday 1 December. From 9.30 on Wednesday 29 November in the Ecological House an appointment that will involve all those who in various capacities deal with urban planning, starting with professionals and companies working for construction. A round table on the new regional law which will be attended by representatives of professional orders and colleges at the regional table such as Roberto Gabrielli of the Territorial and Urban Planning Service of the Emilia-Romagna region, Paolo Marcelli, of the Order of Architects, Stefano Curli of the Order of Engineers , Maurizio Pirazzoli of the Order of Agronomists and Foresters, Luigi Raffaele Zanna of the College of Agricultural Experts and Massimo Bastelli of the College of Industrial Experts and Graduated Experts. In the afternoon, again in the Ecological House, the workshop “Nearly zero energy buildings: case histories, materials, incentives and tax breaks”: an opportunity to guide designers with examples of technologies and best practices, insights and news, tax breaks and credit transfer methods.
The Week will continue until Friday 1 December and is promoted by the Cassa di Risparmio di Modena Foundation, the Cassa di Risparmio di Mirandola Foundation and the Vignola Foundation.
