The house is built on a corner of the ground with quarry pitera walls left exposed. The roof sometimes lowered in reinforced concrete is covered with earth and grass from the adjacent higher ground, forming a cave, as a shelter for a modern hermit.
The interior, finely finished with plywood, exposed whitewashed masonry walls, common exposed brick fireplace.
Stained glass or glass windows, the room is full of light and the view is open to the garden.
