Technical description
The elevator belts are used in the lines for receiving and selecting grapes, upstream or downstream of the destemmers, as elements for transporting the product between the different machines. They also facilitate the operations of loading grapes into the presses and allow for the creation of modular selection and sorting lines, without resorting to expensive lifting structures for the various machines in the line.
The elevator belts are formed by a support frame made of folded Aisi 304 stainless steel sheets. The frame is open for easy access and cleaning and complete with washing bar. A hydraulic jack with manual pump allows you to adjust the inclination between 30 ° and 45 ° and consequently the unloading height. The elevator belt is equipped as standard with a magnetothermic switch with start-stop selector and electronic speed variator with inverter.
