New Nautilus Geoplast

NEW NAUTILUS is the modular formwork in recycled polypropylene (PP) designed to lighten the reinforced concrete plates cast on site. The concept is to recreate a classic bidirectional plate suitable for creating floors with large spans and reduced thicknesses.
The presence of plastic lightening allows to obtain a structure with hollow cells, without casting joints.
In this way it is possible to create decks characterized by large spans, with flat intrados, lightened and capable of withstanding heavy loads, with a reduction in concrete consumption of up to 25-30%.
The beams and the flat areas around the supports can be contained within the section of the floor (elements in thickness), thus creating wide horizontals, with high architectural flexibility and without constraints of forced structure.
The NUOVO NAUTILUS system, made with recycled materials, practical and quick to install on site, allows the full sustainability of the structure.
