Designed for processing whole or machine-harvested grapes. Each machine consists of two independent units: de-stemming unit with a rotating cage in AISI 304 stainless steel inside, available with holes of different sizes depending on the variety of grapes; crushing unit composed of two rubber crushing rollers suitable for food contact. The distance between the rollers is adjustable to avoid crushing of the grape seeds and to ensure correct pressing of the berries.
