The design scheme of the residential tower building is characterised by an efficient floor plan, with a central staircase block organising the distribution of six flats per floor, each with an area of approximately 90 square metres.

The typical plan has a radial distribution around the central staircase block, which also houses the lifts and indoor green spaces. The flats are divided functionally between living and sleeping areas.

One of the key elements of the design scheme is the integration of green spaces throughout the building.
The private terraces of each flat are designed to integrate with a large green space, creating a striking effect of vertical continuity across the different floors of the building. These green spaces, distributed along the height of the tower, develop as a ‘green rift’ extending from the bottom to the top, generating a significant aesthetic and environmental impact.
In addition to the private terraces, the central staircase block has plant tubs distributed vertically along the entire body of the building. The plant tubs are inserted in the spaces between the staircase and the lifts; these plants act as a natural air filter and help to create a cooler and healthier environment inside the building. This central staircase block can be interpreted by the designer as either an open or closed space with glazing, which has not been represented but can be integrated according to different design needs.
The green spaces not only enhance the aesthetics of the building, but also create a natural cooling system thanks to the vegetation, which is particularly useful in the warmer months.
