Expo 2015 – USA Pavilion
The United States Pavilion at Expo 2015
The main feature of the USA Expo 2015 Pavilion is a large vertical vegetable garden planted on movable panels that rotate always expose the plants to the sun. (See the video ... >>)
The pavilion was conceived as a large container for grain, presenting the concept of a "vertical farm" inside.
The pavilion ends at the top level with a terrace with an American bar and spectacular panoramic views of the main avenue of the expo.
There is no restaurant inside the pavilion because an area called Food Truck Nation has been set up in its back organized with several trucks and vans, each with a culinary thematic area so as to offer visitors a taste of the gastronomic traditions made in the USA.
